R.O.I.

Phil Gerbyshak (whoever he is) proposed this R.O.I. methods when you ever feel like you’ve got 27 hours of stuff to do, and only 8 hours of time to do it in. – Sounds familiar?

R is for Relationships – Who’s in, and who’s impacted by, the organizations mission, vision, values and goals? Are these people important to you, do you really care about them? Maybe you did at one point, but right now, take a few minutes and think about the Relationships you create with this item, and the Relationships you build with this involvement.  Mark a 1, 2, or 3 on your paper for the first item, and move on to the next step.

O is for Opportunities – Do you have an opportunity to do what you do best, or is there a unique opportunity you can’t get anywhere else? Is there something else you could be doing that could give you a better opportunity? Mark a 1, 2, or 3 on your paper for the first item, and move on to the next step.

I is for Improvement - Is this item helping you improve in some way that no other item can help you improve? Is this an area where you desperately need improvement, and the organization is filling the void for this? Mark a 1, 2, or 3 on your paper for the first item.

Yep… maybe I should use it next term. To filter unnecessary noises out of my life. Anyone got any idea on how to reject unnecessary noises gracefully?

Friendster’s Featured Friends

I always thought ‘Friendster’s featured friends (FFF)’ will show my friends’s pictures randomly unless it is set otherwise (of course I never bother to set).

It is not. I just realize that FFF only shows the same face again and again – also… in the same orientation.

Yes it is very unimportant I am bored and I got nothing to say. (at least it is true)

I am wondering if I should write about each one of them. Shandy, Deeraj, Laniwati, Nida, Yessica and Reren.

Naahh… too lazy. It is holiday anyway.

I don’t know what to write

It was a very long time since my last write up.

And as the title suggest, I do not know what to write. After all, I am not the one who loves to write for the sake of writing. Writing is a chore for me let it be in English or Java.

Now I am having my well deserved holiday in Jakarta.

Other than few annoyances which I could not mention here, all is right with me.
